Best Oil For S2 ?

Should I use the standard Lotus recomended oil for road and occasional track day use or is there any anvantage in changing to some of more exotic oils mentioned on this site ?

I was going to do oil and filter change at 4,500 instead of 9,000. What does every one recomend ?

Mine’s been oil n filter changed 3 times in 6000 miles and I use Mobil 1 motorsport n I do the occasional track day.
