HI guys…just fitted braided hoses, new fluid and mintex 1144 pads. How long should it take to bed in the pads, or how many miles?

Yep - if you mean squealing
It’ll die down.
If you want to help it, the Nick Adams(?) method is to find a (private!) quiet road, where you can get up to a ton. Get up to speed and brake v.hard, on the third time stand v.hard on the brake for a couple of minutes. This should help mould the pad to the disk.

if following Nick Adams method you need to get some heat into the brakes via moderately hard braking but don’t let them cool before you do the rapido hard stops… search this site and you will find the full instructions somewhere.
