Battery problem today - went to jump in the car for a sneaky raid on DT’s and ‘click’ ‘click’ - poxy flat battery :angry:

Anyone else had problems with the Odyssey PC 680 ?

Only drove the bloody thing on Tuesday :astonished:

Anyway still went to DT’s and bought a nifty Citek charger and a new Odyssey 25 battery.

Apparently the PC 680 is a std automotive battery and the 25 is part of the extreme range specifically for motorsport

So thankyou Lotus Sport for fitting a ‘cheap’ lightweight battery that can’t handle the imobiliser for 3 days :astonished:

gel batteries are very hard to keep happy. .bit like a woman. .one mistake its all over. …trickle charging is what they crave.
