Auxillary gauge bracket

New gauge bracket, bead blasted for a better finish on seloc and pistonheads …35 plus postage or can collect

Tis good. Thumps up from me. More than anything because it is less than half the price of a cerain dealers and is better!

Ian

I’ll keep quiet this time Ian

I know you’re secretly jealous.

You’re going to see my sexy gauges and little red light(s) and think, actually that is a very ingenious, stylist and practical way of monitoring your engine. I may yet hear the words “Ian mate, that’s a nice little set-up you got there. How can I get me one just like it?”

Ina

Ina

I can practically hear those words coming out of my mouth as I witness the ‘lights and magic’ that is the IDG integrated engine monitoring solution

Well it is looking good!

Not wired up yet, but I’ve added a red dot on the steering binnicle to demonstrate the full extent of the HUD.

Ian

Looks good Ian.
Car needs a bit of hoover action though!

What do you mean? That was after hoovering it!

Drive it don’t clean it!

Ian

Damn looks as good as mine now …well ok nearly

You could put a blue neon behind that bracket and really smarten it up a bit maybe even wire it up that when you disarm the alarm it comes on and creates a gentle blue glow guiding you towards your car on those dark nights.

Looks great, as these things always do until you try and hide the wires away .

The LED on the steering binnacle needs to be placed quite far back, there is not a lot of clearance under the column cover for the wires. So put it closer to the stack than the steering wheel or it will end up pushing up like mine does.

It looks good, if I had found that one I would have bought it, but I ended up doing my own gauge pod, out of packing foam (doesn’t get any lighter than that)

My pod:
