Tim, I know Whitehaven has its own time zone, but for the rest of us, the TV coverage is at 10pm on each of the above days.

I am told it was very quiet, not much business going on, just talk.

Just like exiges.com

Oh no we are more exclusive that ‘trade’ days at Autosport…at least you can get in Autosport!!!

Good show I enjoyed it, Lotus stand was a bit disappointing. Got to meet a few people in the trade and haggle a bit for a few purchases next week but I kept hearing the same thing I guess.

My fave product was the car lift on the Strongmantools stand…I think it’ll even fit in the garage…ooooh yes ! Strongmantools

That’s cool.

How many ?

Between 1300-1400 (look the part, well safe too)

I think my transport dept would really benifit from one of these

Ah, yes. I was waiting to see who’d spot that first

Good in a fix location with tight space constraints, but a little to bulky to really make best use of it for anything else…

I will deffo be buying one of these though… Exactly what I have been looking for (not very hard mind)

Thanks 4 the link

Yep, Gav, that does look a superb bit of kit

Will it fit under a 211/Exige/Elise?

I asked this question about the scissor lift (120mm) and was shown pictures of ramps (or crudely scaffold planks) you can park the car on either side for extra height. Probably same applies?

Yes, I read that. Iknow it’s a V6, I know it’s 2.3l but where is it from? Is it his own design or is it lifted from somewhere else?

I’ve always said that the Exige was screaming out for a small V6.

I’m pleased to say that I managed plenty of meaningful business, but it did seem quiter than in recent years.

It’s RST’s own design. The V8 was launched about 4 years ago iirc.

Motors TV Part 2 on 1030, 1800 and 2230 today.

Great link, thanks

Looks like a fantastic machine. Seeing it at the show i couldn’t believe how tiny and low down the engine was.
