OK I’m off to the Autosport Show on Saturday and taking the credit card, which unusually for this time of year, has not had a real bashing recently. So what’s on your list of items to get?

In previous years:

  • I’ve drooled over the suspension and brake setups available, and ended up just getting cheap driving boots and gloves!

  • I’ve looked at bullet camera setups but think I now have that sorted.

  • Played with intercoms but got a Terratrip system for Xmas.

  • Vehicle wise the only thing that has seriously tempted me (in the sense that I could afford one) has been a Bowler Wildcat

Is your Exige going to see the light of day in 2007?

That was my 1st resolution for the new year - and I managed to go out in the afternoon on 1st jan.

I wonder how many Exige owners would do better to fit one of these:

rather than an oil pressure or temp guage? (now added to my list for the Autosport Show!)

I’m after…

  1. a DTA S60 ECU

  2. Lots of Brembo brakes bits

  3. Momo steering wheel

  4. Adjustable shocks

  5. New lights

  6. Earls fuel pipe/fittings

but they are all for my VW splitty camper, the Lotus is still off the road after 3 months because some c#nts called Stratstone dont know what camshafts should look like or how to change them. I dont why I bought the feckin thing.

I bumped into Cellophane Sarah (of VVR fame) and got a kiss - that surprised my business colleague. Didn’t buy a thing though
