Driving home yesterday and everytime I braked hard washer fluid sprayed out onto the windscreen. An interesting feature I didn’t know I had! Is it a case of TADTS?

Is the washer bottle under the front services hatch? Have you checked the lid?
For s2s i think they are all in the engine bay!
