I am sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation, but having sent orangevvc my VHPD cams up to bonny Scotland, the cheque for these has not found it’s way to me! 
Call me old fashioned, but trust is something I still believe in!

Still have not received payment from Graham (orangevvc) despite receiving a recent PM from him asking about tappets!
I really am very dissapointed that a member of this and perhaps other Lotus forums has chosen to duck payment for the cams.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Visit the ‘other forums’ and see if he is active on those, if he is then send him a polite pm with a firm wording that unless he either pays up or returns the goods then you will publicly denounce him to the world.
Do this on all the places he visits and hopefully with the addage ‘you can run but you can’t hide’ he will respond.
I bought some wheels from someone on here and quite rightly he would not send me them until the cash was received.
A lesson to be learned here me thinks.
It still might not work the other way round though. What happens if you sent the cheque/money and they cash it but dont send the goods ?
I have bought stuff on here from people and they have sent the goods at the same time as me posting the cheque. We should live in a world where this is possible.
Hopefully it is a comms issue and therefore you can ignore this but …
In my opinion, the guy is a tw@t for doing this.

A valid point, all one can do is as much research about the person. On here the community is quite small and more or less someone knows someone who knows that person and you make that decision.

I was bought up with the trust and respect words big in my mind… it IS really sad that all this is being lost with this bloke over less than � 100 quid…

Aye, but I’m assuming Pete knows his full name: Graham ??? & can trace him there.
As an aside, both Martin Edwards & myself got “stung” by the same Exige owner in Germany, some years ago. Fortunately, these situations are very rare in our community.
