I will be changing my ARB - but not quite yet, how many different types are there and what are the preferred ones.

I’m only aware of 3, the Lotus Motorsport,Eliseparts and the propriatory Hanger 111 ones.

I would just fit the lotus motorsport one


some of the others you cannot set to full stiff because of the way it bends.

I’d speak to Plans. They do two, a trackday version similar to the Lotus Sport one for stiffness, and a motorsport version which is stiffer again. I’m currently running the motorsport version as I found the trackday one wasn’t stiff enough.

Don’t waste your money…you’ll just leave it in the middle [stock] location anyway

Iv not had an opportunity to look under my car yet since I got it …Is it possible to change the stiffness of the standard ARB?
