Im thinking of selling my unused medium Arai GP6 helmet , its been in the box since new for a while waiting for me to get the ARDS done but i haven’t got round to it and i can’t justify keeping it really , They cost £1387 , hans clips £48 and the awesome quality Caracoat clear blue iridium visor £137 & rare sparkle black Alpinestars visor strip , also comes with the standard clear visor , Ped aero kit is not fitted and still boxed , Snell 2010 , original box and cloth bag.

Anyone know if Arai fitment is fairly consistent? If I tried a friend’s GP5 on would that be a fair indicator of this? I was going to pop up to MSAR and try and then buy, but I like the idea of saving a few quid buying yours.
I aslo have a GP5S (kart version) of the GP5 the same size , i found its exactly the same fit , i think you can also buy different size cheek pads for the GP6 .

Ha, I will. I’ve posted before but lost my account. Had to re-join again a few years ago. I’d add my build here if I thought there was interest, but it’s an Elise (albeit a silly one…) not an Exige.
Tried my friend’s lid on tonight that’s also an M and it’s possibly a bit tight. He thinks he changed the cheekpads though but can’t remember if he went larger or smaller.
