Anyone tried this stone chip guard?

Was just looking on b&C Website and came across this which is a very reasonable price compared to armourfend e.t.c obviously it isnt going to match the standard of other more expensive products, but was just wondering?

Anyone tried it?

yeh fit it myself, cant be that hard, id imagine its relitively thick, so bubbles wouldnt be an issue…as long as you take you time with a hair dryer should be ok! got to be worth a go over the 300quid armourfend for just the front end?

The Armourfend guys just left and jobs a good’un. Really pleased, took about 2 hours over all. He knew the stuff youre talking about Peter and didn’t recommend it all (but why would he ) Said he supplies B&C for various things but said the cheaper stuff was just plain nasty. Chaps name was Dean, very polite and good at what he does. Travelled from North London, got here for 0930 on the dot. Recommended, excellent service.

Peter - for 300 get a professional, I tried (in vain) to fit some Armourfend to some door mirrors once, never again I spent an hour or so, the stuff would not lay flat and in the end I binned them.

Don’t be a tight wad

i probably will end up armourfending it…but i still reckon ill have a pop at this for 100 quid, fitting it isnt an issue, iv done similar things, and my mate does car graphics/window tints so hes handy…

anyway guys cheers for the info, if i have a crack ill let you know how i get on, if its a mess i wont tell you hahaha

300…i thought it was alot more than thet, or is that just fr the front piece? do the come to you to fit it in the price? or is it extra, because im about 200miles away from essex!!

300 for removing the old stuff and fitting the FULL front clam protection as well as the door mirrors.

… that price is for me to go to them (about an hour away) but if they were to come to me, they would charge about 75.
