Is there something in the wheel arch/arch liner thats protruding? With the marking being uniform it would suggest an interferance with something
Thats odd. Done a burnout on a Stanley Knife blade? 
Just renewed life insurance? What was your missus up to last night?
Checked all the wheel liners seems to look ok
There the odd mark on the liner here

swap wheels over, see if the same thing happens again…
If its not too deep, and you cant see anything obvious protruding, personally I wouldn’t be worried.
There rotation tyres, not that worried about it, just thought I would see/noticed what caused it

seen this before somewhere but cant remember what the cause was, it was on an elise too
Any chance something got stuck in the arch and has now fallen out? The gaps between the tyres and liners are very tight, hence they get ripped with hard driving.
