Have you tried Liam from MMG, he does a tidy looking diffuser.

anyone got a web address?

With so many pics for reference, we must be able to find a sheet metal worker in UK and make our own, just need an old stock diffuser for final measurements and drilling positions. Shall I do some digging or am I wasting my time?
