Wondering whether anyone meets up here in the North East or bothers with track days at Croft ?
Croft seems a bit light on days now. Probably due to their legal restrictions so the cheaper days have stopped. Elvington is good, but it does hammer tyres and bodywork.
There ain’t many choices at Croft I’m having to gatecrash the BMW owners club Croft day @ 199 on 18th July which is an OPL and a noisey day/105db too.
Bookatrack usually have a few days there each year.
Does it ever NOT rain at Croft?
It did not rain the last time I was there for the LOT race…ok that was nearly three years ago.
Here’s a pic of Russ ‘using all the circuit’ as proof
rain has never been an issue for me - but I think I have only done “summer” days there.
I think it was a Croft that was cancelled on the day due to snow.

Well if people are stupid enough to turn up in track cars rather than Landrovers in the middle of winter!! What is the world coming to?
Hey I think I’ve generally had more dry sunny days in winter than I have in spring or summer

Aye Ben, enjoyed some nice weather whilst spectating at races… but done 3 or 4 trackdays there, & each time it peed down!
Did Russ ever use the black stuff??? haha. Miss him loads.
The other track that is fun, if a bit tight, is the Teesside Autodrome. Good value too!
