Sorry, mate, no intention to torture you! Just thought you were particularly interested in engines.

I believe that Paul’s engine was built by Minster. I understand from speaking with him & his son Barrie (who is selling a similar liveried Motorsport Elise), that the engine is mounted differently in the chassis & the gearbox is a sequential Hewland.

Both Paul & Barrie race cars in the LRSS series (but not the one in the above photo, as that’s in the British GT Series), so if you can get to Donington on the 12th October, you will be able to meet them, & of course meet & talk to the others in that particular race series.
