another newbie seeking advice- just few questions.

Hi there, (just some questions I didn�t find them mentioned before)
I am a newbie and it might be another boring topic for you because I�m considering buying Exige S series 2 and just wanted to get some feedback. Until now I owned motorcycle Suzuki GSR 600 but I guess I need something more practical/all weather than that, yet still exhilarating. (I have some track experience but mostly with bmw�s , been driving my brothers Z4 coupe or 325coupe a lot) I don�t care that it doesn�t have any of those luxury options you�ll find in BMW because I think that if the car is meant to drive it is not going to be a home cinema like your mobile won�t ever be a good camera . However I�ll be using that car pretty much everyday and occasionally doing longer trips (possible 600miles). I can handle rock hard suspension (still young ) but I would like to be able to pack my stuff into it for a week holiday ideally with 2nd person� Okay having said that these are the questions�.
Does anybody know if it is any noisier than the Porsche Cayman?
When did they start equipping them with xenon lights? Is it standard or option?
Do the cars with touring pack all come with Traction control?
Any other issues of which I should be aware of, or any options packs that would be useful to me?

I just love the car and the way it looks and I was thinking of importing it back from us because I come from mainland Europe so the right hand side drive is not an option.

1: yes alot more
2: they dont
3: only on very new cars, its not part of the touring pack.

There is enough room in the boot/trunk for a large suitcase worth of stuff. Its just that you cant fit the suitcase in as well.
Two holdalls, and lots of other things in bags: 12 days, two people, 2000 miles, no problem

I was thinking of importing it back from us because I come from mainland Europe so the right hand side drive is not an option

??? Plenty of dealers in mainland Europe selling LHD

Importing from US because they seem to be cheaper out there and even adding the tax and import duties you get a little more for same money.
I was convinced that some models actually have xenon lights or is that just self custom fitted?
