I am heading over on Sunday from the Brum area! Planning to go via the A5 and some other NICE twisty fast traffic free Welsh roads.
Anyone else on Sunday wants to make a ‘convoy’???
HT67 is trailering over on Sunday too but he is going via the boring 3 lane stuff!
Anyway, curry etc also sounds like a plan Sunday evening!

Omen tonight… driving home from work after a long day… following a beat up Landy with us both doing a little bit more than the national…
In the rear view appears a car with a main headlight out but the other on on high… difficult to spot behind…
Finally, spot the blues… so take it easy for the next 5 miles with him behind me until he finally passes!
Slow drive home as a result… and this is on empty roads at 0100!!! 
Glad I always look rearwards and I am always very suspicious about cars that catch up with me! (Take note JF!!!)
Plenty of cars catch me up …53MPH is my limit (unless downhill)
Incidently , whilst coming through the roadworks on the M5 tonight (2 am) at Tewksbury… I spotted a new hiding place for our 4-wheeled boys in blue … INSIDE the coned off lane , just waiting to catch someone exceeding the temporary 50MPH limit…This time in a white unmarked 5 series.
They havn’t got round to putting up the average speed cameras here yet .

Jeez Man … another night at work and another sighting of our boys in blue … This time they were parked inside the solid lined chevrons on the exit slip of Strensham Services , Between lane 1 and the sliproad …(Range Rover this time)
Really pisses me off … Bloody dangerous places to park…
Hope one day a 44 ton Artic needs some of the emergency space they are stupidly taking up and wipes them out …
