I’m booked with my S240 on the Friday and was considering staying for the Saturday and taking the opportunity to try a caterham, but a bit too expensive on my own.
On BAT they show only 2 still available; academy and 620R, as a catareham newbie I wont go for the 620. Is it possible there maybe other caterhams available ?

Right guys I caught up with BaT today and have more great news about Anglesey.
There’s two parts to it; Caterhams are available to rent and free-tasters are back 
Renting a Caterham
BaT are now a full-on Caterham dealership and have updated their rental fleet to include the latest Caterham model line-up : Academy, 310R SV, 360R, 420R and the brain-out mental 620R - all of these available to rent on the day. Based on two sharing I think it works out as :
Academy, 310R SV, 360R, 420R = £667.50 each
620R = £917.50 each
As Muu said, his Dad is looking for someone to share with so post here if you’d like to share.
Free Caterham Taster
Like we did in 2015 there’s x12 free twenty minute Caterham tasters up for grabs It’s not quite certain which car will be used but it will be one of 310R SV, 360R or 420R depending whether any of them get rented, you may even get a choice. You’ll have a BAT instructor in the car with you at all times. Be aware that although it’s free the standard rental excess applies.
All you need to do is go to BaT’s website, select the from the top right menu find your Anglesey booking and hit and in your booking you’ll find a ‘Free 20min Caterham’ option. Just pick a free slot, select and its yours 
There’s also the potential for Caterham roadtests if you’d like to try one on the road. Again it would be accompanied by an instructor but you’ll need to call the girls in the BaT office to arrange.
Ah OK. I checked and all the other cars are already rented on the Saturday I’m afraid so only the Academy and 620R left. I’ve driven the 620R and its rather rapid 
Hopefully you’ll be able to get in there and book one of the taster slots on the Friday at a minimum. They are a lot of fun on circuit.

Last time I tried it, it was wet. I know the Cat crew would call that perfect but I was kept busy just trying to find out which gear I was in… Mostly, the wrong one.

Yeah I don’t think BaT have any instructor brave enough to sit next to x12 Exigers in their most mental offering. I’m afraid the 620 is not available for tasters.

Its a 20min session with you driving on circuit with an instructor in the pax seat in either a 310R SV, 360R or 420R. I can’t say which will be available yet…
