Anglesey 2015

Really looking forward to this now, couldn’t do this last year due to other commitments and the last trackday was at Croft last October.
That was the only one I did last year :frowning:

As Benja says looks like there will be some great cars going, but I will miss not seeing the Fox Mobile tearing about on track.

Fighting off not booking this - must stop looking on here

I need to save the cash - temptation, temp tat ion!!!

Don’t fight it Simon! I know you’ve got a racing career to fund but for £240 you’ll be able to get your eye in,…come on you know you’ll be gutted when it comes to Easter and you’re not joining us. Go on do it,…do it right now!

Come on Simon,
Join us for the run over, a few beers and a curry oh, . . . And a track day.

This is my dilemma with impending house move…

Track day £240
Hotel £60
Fuel £200
Wear n Tear (tyres etc) ??
Beer & Curry/food/refreshmentsd £60

Anglesey 2015 £600 :open_mouth: :astonished: :frowning:

it’s still not ruled out though

Yeah I try not to think too hard about it.

If I did a proper analytics job on it I’d never justify owning my Exige let alone ploughing more money into it or doing a trackday.

I basically justify the whole ownership experience as one of the thins that keeps me sane to keep doing the things that pay the mortgage.

I get it though, we all have times where a bit of austerity is required,

Anglesey is always good value in my view in terms of the time spent looking forward to it, the event itself and then post event looking at pics/vids etc :sunglasses:

Come on Tim! I want to see another Evora there!

Come on Simon and Tim this is one that cant be missed.

Evora tyres - reminds me I will need some rears before doing Spa in July. :astonished:

20 inch OEM rears are £700 for a pair.

As you are down on Power Steve and have opted for the Impending Pipe and Slippers gearbox, you may get better VFM

LOL Tim.
You could take Shrek Steve, it’s all set up for track.( I think I better go and hide for cover now)

Long way in S1 Pete and thinking about a bit of euro trip after Spa.

I’m keeping out of this!

They seem to be lasting better than expected Tim as now at 10.5k miles but then I haven’t driven it much

Spoke to Mr Dolan today. He’s booked eight of the remaining places for him and the Scottish crew. Oh and one of those confirmed is Andy Baird in his fantastic TimeAttack Exige. I found some more details on his fantastic car :

Come on Chris and Lee, let’s get 3x TA Exiges at the event eh!!

So note that the BAT site is not up to date with Andy’s booking yet. There is therefore …

17 Places Remaining!!

Any idea whose orange S! is in the background?

It’s Andy Dolan’s!

As I pressed “submit” that thought went through my head. Cheers!

Hi Benja,
I have an Esprit Turbo and would like to do the Anglesey event with some other friends in the Lotus Drivers Club and Exiges.com.
I feel it is important that I go to give the Exiges some practise at overtaking!
I have a username and login for Exiges, com but when I go to the Bookatrack site - it won’t let me enter unless I hire a Caterham.
Can you help, please?
Thanks,
Colin Smith

PM benja your email and or BaT user name, he’ll get you ‘blessed’

Welcome Colin

Would be great to see more LDC members at Anglesey - of course you already know quite a few of the exige.com regulars :sunglasses:
