Don’t know Rob, but will ask Simon. They will be ready in a few months time, but as I want my engine before that, am going to go with stock (new design) ones.
I’m sure Simon will comment on costs later (he doesn’t log in that frequently now that his girlfriend’s gone)

If it’s just one bore is oval shaped shirly it’s very very very easy to get a new K series block? For next to nothing from the gazillions K’s in breakers???

The only really expensive bit sounds to the machining of the cylinder block for the new liners. I presume that the new liners will come in at a similar price to the existing ‘standard’ Chromoduro liners? And the Omega pistons would need to be on the shopping list anyway…
Have a small window of “opportunity” before Bambino arrives (hopefully just before Christmas!) - can’t imagine that I’ll be allowed to spend any money on the car after that!!!

There you go Rob, it’s not all bad news, Rox was out at KH last night, so there’s some hope for you (although, at the other end of the spectrum, my suit ended up covered in milky vomit within 10 minutes of getting home and I only got 4 hours sleep ).
