^^^ and this kit doesn’t even use additional air intake …indicating clearly that there is headroom in a Forge /mmg/RLS intercooler for an even smaller pulley if you so wish …

My comment was that the AFR readings were missing from the dyno plot which were on the dyno plots you posted back during the big AFR bunfight

Surely as per your dyno plots you need the full picture including AFR to make any accurate asessment
there is no way my CC kit weighs 30kg more than an IC maybe 10-15kg tops and most of that is water and the pipes from front to back
I was told this lot was 18kg in the box:

- the water to fill the front rad + water in the pipes from the back to the front - twice + water in the header and cooler core .

Forge is 5kgs in total, the CC unit must be at least that empty, plus the front rad, pump and all of the heavy rubber hoses… then there is the wather (as they say up ere).
But I would say 15kgs or so more is realistic working on a slightly heavy mountain bike being 15kg’s.
However, none are as light as a crab stick

That’s me back from EA with mixed results.
Had Wayne fit 440cc injectors as they still hadn’t got 550’s in and the pulleys hadn’t arrived either.
Car ECU was unlocked and mapped giving me 243bhp @ wheels with 164lb/ft. Car feel sharper on throttle but now randomly cuts out when stopping… and the engine management light has also now come on.
Called EA twice this morning and Wayne was asked to call me back. Fingers crossed he does before it gets worse.
