What’s the matter Steve, is it a little ‘snug’?

Maybe a ‘man girdle’ would be a cheaper option than a new suit…just an idea mate,…trying to help you out

Dont know what you mean! I’m just changing my sponsorship deal from Alpinestars to Sparco or OMP maybee.

Ben, I am seriously worried about you dude.

The fact that you even know that stuff like that exists and have pictures of it on your computer is startling!!!

Lol - how do you think I manage to stay looking so svelte?

The other option to get in to your old suit Steve is to drive my car around a bit on a nice hot day when its like 1000 degree in the cabin…guaranteed to lose a few lb…ask Wayne

Thanks for the offer mate, I did try the excess heat method by keeping the roof on the Elise but it wasnt working :frowning: I have been trying hard to shed some of the excess ballast but with my 1st race now only a few weeks away I really don’t think i’m gona get rid of enough to be able to fit in the suit so I have dedided the best thing to do is to sell it on to someone else and put the money towards one that is a little more roomy
Dont think i 'll be going down the man girdle route though, But if it works for you

How exciting. When are you running? Is it the Donny round next month. If so I’ll see if I can get me and my lads along to support you.

when are where is your first outing Steve? If I can be there I deffo will!!!

Yea first race will be at Donny on 14th Aug, I’m driving in the Cup UK with Chris Mayhew in Russ’ old yellow Elise. Really looking foward to it. Its the same weekend as the Lotus Show at Donny too so i’m sure that there will be loads of people there to cheer me on, Not too much pressure then  Did a track evening there last Tuesday in the car and all went well in the dry so fingers crossed for some good weather for the race weekend.
Would be good to see everyone there. :sunglasses:

Count me in. I’ll be there with my boys to cheer you on :sunglasses:

Would SUnday be the best day?

Fantastic. :sunglasses: as far as I know the cup UK race will be on the Sunday but the final timetable is not on the LOT website yet. The show is on for both days and its also the Bruntingthorpe charity day on the Saturday so its gona be a busy weekend.

DOH!!! Im away on holiday, so wont be able to attend. Good luck dude!!!

Thanks Mate, Hopeefully there will be a next time  Will See you at Spa before the race though to quiz you for racing god tips

Really wish I could have avoided doing that, but was definately faced with a case of “head” having to rule over “heart” :frowning:
