I’ve just tested the original plastic rail up to 10 bar pressure and it is ok (i.e. no leaks or anything). So, no alloy rail is required any more!

I am afraid yes Andy. I only turned on the fuel pump and increased the pressure as much as possible. Do you think it might have any leaks/cracks when hot? I am only going to run it at about 3.5 bar pressure thou.
Ideally i could use an alloy rail, but i still don’t know where to find one!
