Airbags on track day cars

I have often wondered if airbags are are problem on cars used on track days. Is a trip into the gravel or a bump likely to trigger the airbags? If they did trigger a minor happening would becone a very expensive one.

doubt they’d trigger in a gravel trap, and if they did I dare say the bag deployment would be the least of the costs.

Or just ditch them to save weight…hate airbags personally especially on a track car!
