air con

when making the botton the the aircon it turns blue but the a/c is not coming on, i thought i would check the fuses and also look at the one on the arch. i have heard to briging the one on the arch to see if it works. but does anyone know what colour to bridge?

Sounds like the heat resister pack to me James. Common fault as it gets wet down there, you should be able the get new one but I cant recall if it is or isn’t a clam off job. Think it might be…

the resistor pack and blower got replaced in 2010, which makes me think it cant be that. the rad got changed last year and was working up to then but not really drove the car as always away.

Sorry, in what way is it ‘not coming on’? Are you hearing a ‘click’ from the a/c unit when you push the button?

If not, then it could simply be low on gas - a re-gas will solve that, then you can set about the process or trying to figure out where the gas went!

Good point!

Hi . When pushing the button I’m not hearing a click. I had one of those re-gas bottles which I used to see if there was still gas in the system. Said it was full.
