Now I have decided to keep my car, I am now looking at new toys, one thing that has struck me is my want for a better dash.
I have looked at the AIM MXL and looked at Chris’s Strada dash at Spa. I am trying to decide if it is worth the extra cash for the Pista dash with all the logging functions?
Also have they been fitted in a 2006 car as the dash and clocks is different
I think John has fitted a few.
I went for a non logging street series dash in my S2. You get the proper indicators and battery lights etc on those.
How much is that Sean, I can’t be doing with logging on track days?
Here is a link to the street dash.

Your best to call John for prices.
trying to work out if it will be cheaper to do a personal import from the USA, they are ~700 there! With some creative invoicing for the import guys it will save a load of cash
Ade,
speak to Steve (6970K), he’s getting one fitted to a pre 08 dash car.

Steves gone for a Race Technology dash - really nice bit of kit.
AIM Europe won’t help you with warranty on a US version so be careful. Drop me a pm for some options if you want.
PM sent
I may be selling mine let me know if you are serious…
send it to my room in Whistler and I’ll bring it back

Mine is 08 airbag dash but white clocks. pic to follow
hope it will fit ok, just worried about the loom and setting it up now…
Easy, and easy. Talk about it at anglesey??
Excellent
Ade - I’d go with the strada dash and smartycam for virtually the same money as the pista. All the data you like but for post TD review - don’t want to upset Mr P
Looks like that might be where I’m going if it all comes together
How does it compare to the race technology dash?
I’m probably being rather biased here, but after having researched this quite a bit recently and speaking to a number of people, I opted for the Aim Pista.
In my opinion and theirs, the Racetechnologies dash doesn’t even compare. Quality of parts, extra add-ons, support etc is better on the Aim. Which you’d sort of expect as it costs more.
