Can I ask what this upgrade costs?

“If you need to ask …” as a Ferrari salesman once said…
We really need to do this ourselves…
I’m quite certain it’s out of my price range. I’m just asking out of curiosity.
a basic plans kit for the factory SC install is now 8k
Ouch! I suppose that’s about what I was expecting, but I’d rather put the money into exchanging my car for a factory built model with all the other tasty extras they offer.
How much of that is labour though. Its a lot of work but nothing which requires much skill. Hardest part must be getting the clam on/off.

About the same price really, early S2s appear to go for about 20K and the cheapest Ss are 28K
Such as Craig7L’s car here…
cup cars and R spec cars are still 35k to buy
so even if you had a 21k car added 8k you still have 6k to spend on any stuff you like which would make it better than a cup car.
its just come resale time even though you have a cup spec car can you sell it for cup money ? prob not.

Mines costing a bit more as i’ve had twin oil coolers, spa guage, uprated clutch,240r gearbox and limited slip diff, also i’ve added a new set of cup wheels.
Not looking forward to the bill

I’d be very surprised if it was a clam-off job to fit the S/C. Bemani doesn’t need to either - but then, maybe that’s why it’s that bit cheaper?

How much do Bemani charge for their convertion if you don’t mind me asking?
16,900.00 CHF = 6,888.976 GBP
Cheers Bob, cheaper than trading in for an an S/C car. Will look for some more details.
