What wheels are the S1 guys running ?
I am aware of the TMR’s but is there anything else about that is lightish and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg ?

I beleive there are really only two options for standard size alternatives to the Rimstocks and only one can be still obtained new - TMR.
The other alternative was Speedline … but they will no longer supply them.
So its new TMR’s or a very long wait to see if some Speedlines or TMR come up second hand or … get some made up special by someone like Braid.
Other than someone like Rotiform/Braid/Image making you up three-piece rims, which will still be semi-pricey and not uber light, you’re outta luck. I did my homework and in the end, it was either put up with the weight and get a second set of Rimstocks, or get TMRs.
I chose TMRs.

How much are these rather fetching wheels for a set?
If anyone has a perfect set for sale I know a chap who could be very interested 
They’re about �3k a set. Don’t come up for sale much second hand 
i think is 2850 + vat at the moment the price as the Yen is super High
