…i managed to get way back on November 16th, at a pre-preview evening at JCT - it had just come back from testing at the ring, and still have the dirt on it to prove it. 
I really should have posted it up before now.

Have to say I liked it out of the gate and the adjustment of numbers to realistic ones havn’t put me off …
Its probably better to have a “factory” engine install anyway, far less hassle than doing it yourself
However Ive been having dirty thoughts about flappy paddles and that is not an option is it ?

I’ve got flappy paddles on my TT , they are very good 
Me too on my Golf GTi. Need to get a DSG box in a Lotus man, it would rock!!!
Already started eyeing it up, it isnt a quick job. Sooooooooooo many sensors and stuff, plus its integrated into every part of the car and all CAN bus’d together. DOH!!!
yeah it’s a tough one, might be worth looking how people have swapped them into mk2 golfs etc
They’re getting everywhere now - very common - even have them in my gfs Smart and my RRS.
Love the DSG on my A3 as well, it would rock in the Exige
The DSG system is one of best inventions since Sky Plus, and the IPad, totally intuitive
