Is there an S owner that can check a pipe for me please?

This one appears to be broken off but I can’t find where from

Car all seems ok, the right end of the T piece goes to the actuator for the bypass on the SC the other end you can see on the picture.
Must have got broken whilst doing some cleaning or something down there

is it a drain i.e. not meant to be connected to anything?

I have braved the frozen wastes of my garage and yes it does connect to something. Not sure how to describe it but have a couple of photos which I can send you as I have never worked out how to add photos here. PM your e mail address and I’ll send them.
