As some of you may know after my last 2 track days ended with early baths I decided to have a little upgrade which involved putting motorsport uprights on the back, the 2 pots from the front on the back plus the edwards nice new handbrake set up ( ) and some nice shiney new AP 4 pots on the front.
Now being a tart (or princess as benja called me) I decided to special order the 4 pots in red. Despite the best efforts of the caliper helpline, also known as John at JSR, AP didn’t deliver on time which meant the car was sat on axle stands waiting for the final piece of the jigsaw.
Well Monday came, and still no calipers - well not strictly true. They had one side painted and ready but the other side would be next week ! Who paints only 1 caliper when a pair have been ordered
So - I was in a bit of hole.
But in stepped Andy D who has kindly loaned me the AP 4 pots that were on his new orange beastie, which are freshly refurbed and ready to go, and now on the front of my car ready to have some fun at Anglesey.
So thanks once again Andy - and further proof that exiges.com rocks
