Very comfortable, pretty darn refined at a steady 80-85ish, & bloody quick in real world driving. Best Lotus i’ve ever driven & i’m well chuffed

You do own a bloody nice Exige…I want your seats as the stitching is ace!
My 5 hour trip covering some 350 miles was a nightmare in mine, mind you it’s not a sissy touring one with comfy sports seats
Most I’ve done is Donny and back with a trackday in the middle, so about 350miles, seemed easy but then I have comfy Probax and sound deadening as well

Find mine (sports pack only) fine on long journey’s.
Driven to the Nordschleife and back and all good.
Most I have done is Hethel and back from Bolton, no idea how far that is but it took about eight hours

The most i have done was from Manchester to St Ives, then onto Southampton from there, and back from Southampton was on the back of the AA’s low loader due to the ECU restricting me to 3k revs, it only needed a reflash tho, was comfy seats the the AA truck.

I must admit i dont know why some people call these cars uncomfortable, i drove to monaco 2 summers ago in the porka and i wouldnt hesitate to do it again in the Exige
I once drove from the ring back to croft in one go (750 miles ) in an s1 with sport seat’s and no heater, slept for 3 hours then did six laps of croft and broke the car
and then for good measure swoped my ticked to the car my dad brought to meet me (330d) and broke that as well
