Only noisy days for you if you get a 6"
If you want to be safe get the 8*24" still a nice noise and will usually be ok at most tracks
8 it is then …+ it keeps the missus happy…
Spoke to Jim recently about this, as I couldn’t believe how quiet my NA was with the decat on, 8" btw. The change in noise was minimal all be it pops with flame on the over run and sometimes change down…smooth tho. Anyhoo he was saying the S makes considerably more noise being forced induction and due to the higher temps needs repacking sooner, NA if at all…I was hoping for a evening tester at Donny
Ade’s is the loudest sickest exhaust noise I have ever heard, great at Spa going past the wall
And I have a silenced decat as well as the 24*8 GT3! Everyone loves the noise and I’ve never heard it

i wasnt gonna bother with the silenced decat, just the normal one. I’d better speak to Jim and double check it wont be too loud.
All booked in for chargecooler too…stroll on begining of March for fitment!

I’ve got the same exhaust as Ade, albeit with 100cel cat. At the sinclaires dyno day, I would say our cars were about the same in the noise department which is fairly noisy (both our cars are running similair tune), but in a good way .
Prior to the 8" 2bular, I had a 7" GT3 2bular on the car which was very loud and too noisy for most tracks.
For a S, particulary a tweaked S, I would certainly go for an 8".
If you going for a charge cooler, I would ask Jim to make the pipework 3".
I’m geting my car fitted with a VF StageIII sc kit, this will be mated to one of Jim’s 4-1 manifolds, decat and a 7"x18" GT3 type back box with euro exit pipes as a one off design, all with 3" bore.
Jim said I should go with he 8" as sc is noisy, but I wante more noise so he has said not to go lower than the 7"x18".
Can’t wait till its all fitted
down side is you will never make a trackday that has drive by with that exhaust, but it will sound super
