Went to take the car out last night but it decided it was not going to play by 1 st refusing to start and flattening the battery and then I assume blowing the 50A lighting Maxi fuse as none of the lights are working.
I know that the part number is A100M6078F however are these readily available or are they a main dealer part (rover???)
I have just changed both the maxi fuses although neither looked as though they had blown however now there is no power at all to the car any ideas on waht the problem could be
All comments gratfully recieved as it is know the weekend and I really want to use the car

Well, if the lights don’t work is because there is no power by now…
Maybe the battery shorted.
Just try a different one (new if possible)
I now have a new battery as one of the cells had gone although I am still confused by where none of the lights were working on thursday as I would have thought that the alternator would have been provding the power once the engine was running but I suppose as long as it works for now…
