This is true !!! as you can’t grease the apature to prevent powder coat build up , as they degrease unit prior to application of powder!!
There’s lots of ways of keeping the bushe surface free of powdercoating paint. We normally have them blasted with bushes in, then press them out and fill with rolls of cardboard. Its just robust enough to resist setting fire to in the oven and keeps the bores covered in the original rust protection.
Check with your powdercoater before you have them done. And don’t leave nylatron ones in, as they melt all over everything!!
