Pete, sorry, I do not mean its a slow car, I actually think that as a road car the S2 111s was the best have owned. Its just mine now feels silly quick and just incase I forgot how quick it really is, driving the two back to back just highlights it.
So this would need a Mil eliminator kit? I think I am right in saying that I would not be able to use my standard CAT with this kit come MOT time?

That mechanical bit of kit looks like a great idea - just don’t like the thought of going for this kit then forcing myself to get a 2bular sports cat (expensive when added to the price of this kit) or replace the whole system for the MOT. Bit of a pain really.
Iv spotted a larini decat pipe at a decent price - would this be a simple straight swap with the standard cat?

Perhaps as Ade suggests it may be the next step if I feel I can live with more grunt/expense…
Also give it another year or so and there may well be someone , hopefully geographically closer to the Midlands/Dudley? Lol who can re-map ??

They say a couple of days … so , maybe Tue/Wed…
They sent an ECU to Lotus last week to be flashed … so hopefully that won’t hold them up …
Just had a call from Jim and my larger than standard bore 2bular performance pack is ready. It’s a 70mm manifold, decat and GT3 exhaust. I’m told this bigger bore system is the on to go for if you’re going to tune the car further and start approaching the 300bhp figure. Wayne at sinclairs is doing the remapping so I’ll let you know the results once it’s all up and running.
Ade is this the same system you’re getting?
