Factory 255 in road or race spec…

A 255 Cup car that is ? Std alloys Std interior etc
Never seen one so don’t actually know
It is, the new cup 260 comes with Light weight 5 spoke Lotus sport alloys, like 240R and nicer trim!
This 255 dosn’t look that special does it! The colour dosn’t help mind!
It doesn’t say “Cup” anywhere in the ad.
The 255 Cup cars have roll cages, extinguisher etc etc -
This car was converted by Lotus to 255 engine spec, but retaining comforts like electric windows and air con.
It’s a matter of opinion of course, but my ideal road Exige is one with a good stereo, air con, central locking, etc but with 255 power.
My ideal Lotus race car would be a 255 car but with a little as possible on the car to save weight.
