205/45/16's - any issues?

I’m looking at fitting Yoko AD08’s on a spare set of wheels which will be 205/45/16 fronts, I know many run this profile but does this give much of an issue with clearance and more tramlining?

I have the stock 195/50’s at the moment which have touched the arch liner at some point.

I have this size in R1Rs, so not quite apples for apples.
I’ve found the headlights are more prone to being rubbed

I had the ad08s on my previous exige with no dramas at all. I was running standard suspension as well. Not sure if this makes any difference…

I run that size R1R on very standard car on Bilsteins, no probs, except R1R are now very difficult to find in UK.
Soon to change to Nitron SS2, Will see if that makes any difference

So do these 205 45 r16 fit the standard 2004 onwards exige front alloys ?

Yes, I have a set on my spare OE Exige wheels now, seem to be just fine
