These came with my car and are pretty rare as I can’t find any for sale anywhere.
They’re very light and in pretty decent condition, no curb rash and only the odd chip to the black paint. The A048s (medium compound) have loads of life left in them and still road legal (4mm?)
£1,000 collection from Effingham Surrey preferred. Phil_Allan on here has first refusal.
Not yet Benja, it’s at DMS in Southampton for a remap and check up at the moment. There’s a few people interested in it which may or may not lead somewhere. Regardless, I think either the stock spares or the trick bits will be sold separately. If I don’t get the price I want for the car, it’ll be the trick bits and vice versa.
Not sure what these wheels are worth though, hence the ad. Thinking about it, I should have just started a thread and asked!
Must be in the £800 to £900 region I would have thought… Maybe even a grand. My Volks went for £1k, I purchased some 240 rims for £750 a little while back.
I think I paid about €1000 for a set of those new in silver a few years ago. It was a fire sale deal and I reckoned I did extremely well. Then I got them powder coated black like yours and they are my track rims.
Are you selling the tyres with them and if so how much thread have they got ?
Have to agree, I just put my set back on as I’d worn the rear 888’s out on my 240r wheels, and was pleasantly surprised how light they felt in comparison - seemed pretty light to me!
