2001 S1 Lotus exige 190bhp for sale

Sorry for this being my only post, and its about the worst subject! I have had my 2001 lotus exige for many a happy mile and now its time for her to be sold. The car is as follows:
Official 190bhp kit
Carbon airbox
Blue alcantara
Close ratio kit
Lotus motorsport exhaust(plus cat bypass pipe)
Drilled discs (tho a little worn)
Four point harnesses
Cd player with ipod connection
Air con
Official exige mats
29600 miles with fsh
tax till april 09 and tested till june 09
Laser blue
toyo tyres t1r’s( have yoko a048 1.6mm tyres for possible track day)
Thats all the options on the car, car has recently had a front/rear clam and doors respray. front splitter could do with being resprayed again though. why ?

Advertising a car like this when most people are on holiday (kinds off etc) always means that enquiries are going to be slow. The whole used car market is quiet at the moment so you need to brace yourself for that but unless you have to sell quickly I would say hold out for your price.

Think you’re price was pretty aggressive to start with.

Two reasons really, firstly need something thats “baby friendly” imminent arrival of first born.Secondly I want to invest the money whilst my wife will be on maternity leave and therefore a reduced wage. Its hard to try and find accurate prices for these cars, I was advised by a guy who in his words “is in the trade”. Hope these seem like genuine enough reasons, and yes your right about time of year and current market.

Yeah but don’t get desperate.
It’s a strange one. I’m selling my 340R but if it sold tomorrow I might be calling you up to buy. All depends on who’s got money at the right time.
