Eddie the Eagle, that was a long time ago huh

I agree. There’s only one car on the market and the seller did not enjoy my cheeky offer  I reckon the market for cars like this is tiny and I’m very patient so my offer may look more favourable in a month or two.

There’s one of them in the UK in a fantastic toxic green colour, conversion was done by Quarry Motors in Sheffiled. In fact you can buy one they’ve already done,…started life as a 118d

The rattling wastegates were a problem on the twin turbo N54 engine.
Mine is the later N55 Twinscroll single turbo engine…
Glad BMW admitted they got the N54 wrong and sorted it:-)

That’s good news John.

And so begins the curse eh JF !
:frowning:

Eek! But that’s why you have a warranty

The 1M must be awesome Benja…
Had a good few hoons in the 135i now and I’ve gotta say it’s bloody awesome straight out of the box.
No lag at all… Any gear and it just goes…
An extra 80 ponies with a reflash is just so tempting for a mere 500 quid…
Looks so understated too… (we need that in Brum) car jackers !

Glad you’re enjoying it! Given the similarities I’d imagine yours is similarly rapid. You got a diff yet? It is necessity really, I had a McDonalds car park moment when I dropped IDG off the other night…small amount of lock + large amount of hoof = efficient turning circle

IM for sale at 75K !

No diff as yet Ben…
I’m loving everything about the car though from the way it can silently potter around to the instant power available.
Pretty sure my first mod will be the extra hp.
400 is a nice number

Quick Ian, escape before people look out their windows at gone 11pm and think it’s you! (I do not live at McDonalds BTW)

Treated the 1M to a bit of a spruce up :sunglasses:

You know, the wheels look so clean …

Looking great Ben.

White wheels would look cool

black cars do look so good when spotless
