Yup had the 1M a whole year. And nope it NEVER ventured onto circuit, not even a sighting lap. It visited lots of circuit but sat dutifully in the paddock
It really is a great little car with that same brand of specialness as the Exige.
But there is a problem,…I just don’t get to use it. I’ve done about 3k miles in it, mostly between my house and Donny tbh. When I’m in the office I cycle to work and when we go out as a family, well…there’s five of us and it only has four seats. When there’s a show 'n shine occasion I’ve got the Exige and for trackdays I’ve got the Caterham. I think its time for a config change that puts an interesting car in the role of family-compatible.
Residuals have been pretty amazing on the 1M and on advertised prices the market has probably risen approx 10%. I know I’ll regret selling but I have to operate one in one out.
If you know of anyone who is thinking of a 1M point them in my direction. It’s pretty much mint in black with 27.5k on the clock, HK audio, SatNav, FBMWSH and totally unmodified. Oh and its never been on circuit to my best knowledge.
I’ll take it any way you serve it up…but I think you should share it with me sir in punishment for your cruelty to performance vehicles!
