My car came with the 190 upgrade from new, but it came with the standard exhaust, and a carbon airbox still in it’s wrapping in the passenger footwell. I don’t think you can tell anything from this kind of spec. I do seem to recall they put a white spot on the 190 ecu? Maybe?
Or was it a green spot…
or did they write 190 on it in a white crayon…
Or was it a ‘flat-spot’
I think because the 190 ECU was more “radical” it had spots…
Haven’t yet had time to delve into the engine bay but I will do at the weekend to see if there is anything on the ECU. Seems to go well butdoesn’t like cold mornings. Last service was a “C” at Brooke Kensington in Bicester, they have promised to fax over the bill so that I can see what was done, could be interesting. Any other tips I should know about running the Exige that are different to the 160S Elise I had before? Thanks for all the advice Guys.
ECU is on the bulkhead between the engine and you, on the cockpit side… So to get to it properly you have to remove the plastic “trim”… Not too hard a job but easier if you take the px seat out.

Only 1 I can think of… 1000 more RPM

ermmm… before you go stripping the thing down looking for the ECU in there… you won’t find it… because 'its beehiindd yooo … its in the bulkhead behind the seats and is got to by removing the pax seat and plastic bulkhead cover…
