Was sold on CC in 2020 for £41k, then latterly popped up in stock at Slades Garage in late 2021 for nearer £50k
Now back to CC. It’s a great car, I hope it finds an long term owner who is going to use it and enjoy it. I offered the original owner on it back before it hit CC the first time around.
I saw a S1 off market sell for mid £50’s just recently so definitely a market out there - just pretty niche ..
It’s been up for £50k for a while now so can’t see putting it through an auction will help get near that price. I don’t see it getting over £40k. I don’t really trust collecting cars either, to many shady cars end up on it and cars end up going over retail which I don’t get. Must be some dodgy bidding on cars to push the prices up.
If they really think its a £50k car the least they could of done was to clear the crap from the footwells and fix the seats before the photos were taken. I'd rather be buying from an enthusiast that's been using a car.

Yep I totally agree, that’s terrible!
I’ll hopefully be looking for a S1 Exige later this year but not at that sort of money.

Agree re presentation, it’s better on CC than it was on the garages website which was shocking.
Re pricing I’ve heard of a couple sell in the £50’s off market this year. But not getting into the value/price debate!
