The car looks stunning. Shame about the Michelin PS4s, I've just had a set installed on my daily, and I rate them, didn't realise they arent available in the smaller sizes.

Keep the photos coming, and enjoy every minute.
Thank you.

Indeed, seems like availability of the MPS family of tyres is widely used on some cars but not on others. I run MPSS on the Clio V6 255 (to be replaced with the MPS 4 in 2021), and did run MPS 4 on the S2000. The Toyota GR Yaris Circuit Pack will come with MPS 4S (225/40 R18) from the factory, but they are not available in the UK just yet. However, Michelin have confirmed that these tyres will be available after the first GRYs are delivered, which is expected to be in Dec or Jan 2021.

By the way I realised what a right royal pain it is to get a battery conditioner on the battery terminals!. As such, given that the 12v socket in the cabin is live, am I okay to wire up a conditioner via this socket as long as an appropriate fuse is used? Never had to do this since the batteries of all the cars I have had was accessible without much hassle.

Why not run a pigtail from battery to conditioner? Thats what I do and it makes like so much easier!

True, and that is how I think the previous owner had hooked up a conditioner, but the connector in place is not compatible with the unit I have. Using the 12v charging socket would make it much easier and convenient at the same time. However, if this is not advised then I will have to hook up a pigtail to the terminals and ensure that it is long enough to thread it behind the battery cover.

The 12v socket will only work if its live with the car switched off, and I'm not sure it is?

It is in my 2004 model too - as I found out when I left a dashcam in there, powered on all weekend, lol 😆

Yeah, I too found out when I plugged in the TomTom and found the socket surround light up with the ignition turned off...

Will give ti a try, which means the battery cover can go back and the tool kit can go back into its placeholder, and perhaps the wallet containing the Owners Manual etc.

If it helps....there are battery terminals under the passenger side front access panel. I used an accumate charger which came with a pigtail lead which I connected to the terminals and the sealed connector on the pigtail pokes out of the access panel at the bottom of the windscreen.

That is a super idea. Thank you, will check it out.
