Fire extinguisher bracket fitted

Fitted this a few weeks ago.

Purchase the bracket from Chris at type116 in the classified section of the board.

Thats a tiny extinguisher!

I guess its all about its ability , not size that counts, right?

Yeah they run for around 30 seconds & on par with a 1kg extinguisher

Have you got a picture of where it's mounted?

I've got one of Chris' brackets on my bench but it didn't fit well with the Exige floor panel Vs VX. Wondering if yours was same or if the design has altered?

Yeah I have a few pictures, had to file it down a little & drill holes larger. Can get a better picture tonight.

Cheers Dean, that explains it.

On the VX's that Chris mocked these up on, the bracket went between the seat and the floor because the 'footplate' on the VX is a flatter design. The ridges on the Lotus models don't allow for that, but by fitting it on top of the seat rail that's fixed that.
