makes a lot of sense. is there a reference anywhere that matches ARB stiffness to spring rates ?
i have the lotus adjustable ARB on full stiff all the time and there’s a lot of wallowing going on. i have the one-way nitron standard rate eibach springs. i think that’s something like 425/550 but i can’t remember off the top of my head.
i’d like to know if the eliseparts 1" as currently stocked would be overkill ? i’m pretty happy with the spring rates i have as the car gets used on the road a fair bit and it’s working quite well for that.
