I have standard Y spokes with 888’s that have done one track day. I will even get them repainted what ever shade of silver you want. Let me know if you are interested.

WHEEL WARS - THE BATTLE TO SHIFT WHEELS HAS BEGUN !!!
Adam, the only Exige owner that actually wants the standard wheels!!!
lol.
ok, so I’ve changed my mind and decided I do not want to buy heavier wheels.
I do want to change the wheels though. I’d like some Volks RE30s I think, but am nto sure where to get them etc.
What’s so special about these 240R things? they aren’t the lightest, they aren’t the only ones that come in 8 inch width at the back.
what gives?
Where is JF? He can tell you all about the Volks
I think it is a combination of being wider rims and almost the lightest that make them attractive, plus you are one of the few that don’t like the look of them
I think it comes down to personal taste. There are lighter and there are wider…
I have the twin spoke forged alloys that are very good, but I fancy a change!!
I bought some Team Dynamics ( new) off eBay 2 years ago, and I use them in Competion on the Exige.
I am trying not to accumulate any more , I’ve still got four sets of wheels in the garage , off various racing Morgans, which haven’t seen the light of day for a long time!
Yeah I just like the look of the 5 spoke wheels. I used to have the 5 spoke TMR’s on my S1 and I loved the look of those wheels.
I’ve only got two sets. The standard twin spoke forged set, and the 5 spoke motorsport set. Must admit cleaning the twin spoke set drove me mad so had to have the 5 spoke set!!
I want more but haven’t got the room
My new set back from being refurbed.
I still don’t get it!
TMR like …
If you don’t by now you never will, I’ll give you a tenner for yours if you hate them that much

I really wish I had got my wheels in gloss now rather than satin.
Just after I got my brand new set of Cup260 wheels my mate fluked a set off Pistonheads for 900 in Gloss finish…
Even though as standard I prefer my black satin look the Gloss with the silver rim are just the Dogs bits and adding a silver rim would not of been as expensive as a full refurb on mine.
I do love the 240R and Cup260 Wheels
Agreed on the gloss black
I much prefer my 240Rs to my matt Cup260s which have my R1Rs on

Exactly. TMR’s are still my fave wheel.
1,200 without the tyres. I know that is a fair chunk of cash, but its about right for a set of these I reckon.
They went for 1000…
I paid 1500 for mine, they were new from the dealer though. I’m on my own in liking the cup wheels over the 240r ones though
The TD 1.4s are a good option but too many spokes!!
