Well after looking through a few pictures of the Roof that DVB sent through, I bit the bullet and offered them a little less than they wanted on ebay. The offer was accepted and I’m now just awaiting for it to be delivered.

Gus, I have heard that you can syill by the S1 Elise hard top roof seal. That has got to do the job I reckon.

Sorry for the delay in getting the seal back to you and it will definitely be leaving me tomorrow so John will receive it by Wednesday latest.
Been having a real problems try getting hold of a new seal but lotus do keep promising they will be available soon though?. Yvo (Elise-shop.com) is positive one is winging it way to me next week but I thought id buy the hard top just to be on the safe side.
No worries on the seal. I reckon the elise hard top roof seal has to be very very similiar, plus its cheaper i think.

Ok, the Elise and Exige roofs seals are the same item (same part number as well) and according to Lotus they have now made this part obsolete!!! ???
I asked my lotus dealer last week and they said the exige seal is �125 plus vat but not available and the elise one he said is a different part number and was available at �95 plus vat
Chris, can you get back to your man and try and get that part number.
phoned them back today and they now say they are the same part number and not available, the guy who i spoke to before doesn’t normally work on the parts desk so im not sure what he was quoting me for.

Just had a call from Bell & Colvill confirming that the roof seal will definitely no longer be available 
Fingers crossed Geary will eventually have few produced at some stage.
Anyone got an s2 roof seal to try? if its close and i think it might be im sure it can be “made” to fit
I’m with Chris, got to be worth a try. The screen surround is the same size, im sure, so I bet it aint too far different.
