The Problem with the S1 roof IMO is the fit. It goes over the A Pillar and usually on the sides is is a very bad fit. This lets air go underneath which is bad.
Is the S2 roof fixed differently? Are the fixings the same? If they are the same surely a new roof that fits like the S2 one would not be a huge problem I would immagine?
I was looking at Randy’s car (The green Exige) and the roof on that fits much better than most of the others racing.

I have S1 Elise hardtops that fit fkush with the windscreen frame but again completely different to the S1 Exige
Yes Junks that is the Idea. I only have one roof and dont really want to butcher that. Anyone know where I can get a used S1 Exige hardtop even a cheap replica so I can mod it to make it fit to my liking?
I think the way the top is causes drag and problems generally as well as looking abit stupid. Everyone that looks at the car asks if the top can be removed

i will have a replica one available some time in january again not cheap around �400. i will sell the original one after its moulded for around �200 i guess.
